Amazing staff made it worth it!

Staying here during the Virgen de Guadalupe celebration was hectic, but the staff was super chill and helpful. They took care of parking our car and even helped with suggestions on what to do. The restaurant had great options, though breakfast wasn't included, a bummer. Clean rooms and a nice vibe overall.

We stayed 3 nights and it was a very comfortable fit. The breakfast had a huge variety of GOOD options, and was satisfactory.

The location is fantastic with a fine plaza view, but the restaurant service was disappointing, including being overcharged.

The view of the plaza from my room was just amazing 😍 I loved the cozy room and how helpful the staff were, but the breakfast could use more options.

The location is fantastic, right in front of the Monument Clock Plaza. My room had an amazing view of the plaza that I loved waking up to every day. The staff were helpful with all my needs, including parking guidance and a friendly atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with various delicious options. I faced a few disappointments, like the initial difficulty in using the in-room Wi-Fi, which only worked well after using Google Chrome. It would have been nice to have more than one syrup packet for the three pancakes I ordered. But overall, the comfort and cleanliness were great.

Unexpectedly received a dim room at the end of the hallway!!! A better breakfast spread would be appreciated, especially for the price paid!!! No face cloths, seriously?

the air conditioning wasn’t working well. but the location was perfect, right by the plaza. i loved the clean room and the fantastic buffet breakfast. staff were always friendly and helpful.

Recommend it for solo travelers

The location was excellent with a fine view of the plaza and clock tower which really made my mornings special! The breakfast included was not only decent, but enjoying it while looking out at the lively square made it lovely.

I stayed in a Junior Suite for 7 nights and loved the view of the plaza! The room was spacious, comfy bed, and the staff was super helpful, especially with parking. The pillows were a bit flat for my liking. The vibe was nice overall, but the noise from the clock was a bit much at times, even with earplugs. Still, the comfort was good.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city. The staff is responsive, promptly replacing a broken room safe. The tour desk provides excellent day trip options at competitive rates.

The staff were helpful with everything I needed, including parking assistance. I appreciated the amenities in the room, especially the comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was great with a variety of options. I found the city to be charming and full of life. I'm not typically adventurous, but exploring this location was refreshing.

The location was perfect for exploring Pachuca, especially the nearby plaza. The staff made check-in easy and were super friendly. We even caught a great show at the Auditorium Gota de Plata nearby!

My children wished for better breakfast options like pancakes.

Wi-Fi was tricky but worked fine after using Chrome. Parking was convenient in the basement.
